Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Exhibra ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you're using Exhibra on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

Exhibra is intended for business users — pharma exporters, trade marketing professionals, BD managers, and industry consultants. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Free accounts are available to individual users. Organisation-level accounts with multiple seats are available under our Team plan (coming soon).

You may use Exhibra to discover, evaluate, and plan international expo participation for legitimate business purposes.

You may not:

Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from Exhibra using automated tools without written permission.

Reproduce or redistribute Exhibra's curated data, intelligence reports, or platform content for commercial purposes.

Create false listings, submit inaccurate expo data, or misrepresent your identity or organisation.

Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure.

Use Exhibra to spam, harass, or send unsolicited communications to other users or expo organisers.

Exhibra curates expo data from official sources, organiser submissions, and publicly available information. While we make reasonable efforts to keep data accurate and current, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of all information on the platform.

Important: Revenue potential figures are estimates based on industry averages and should not be relied upon as financial projections. Visitor and exhibitor counts are sourced from organiser-reported figures and may differ from actual attendance. Always verify critical details directly with expo organisers before committing budgets.

Exhibra is not liable for any business decisions made based on information on the platform.

Free accounts include basic access as described on our pricing page. Pro accounts are billed monthly or annually at the rates displayed at the time of purchase.

Payments are processed securely through our payment partner. We do not store card details.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — we do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Exhibra owns all rights to the platform, its design, code, and curated data. You may not copy or reproduce any part of it without written permission.

Content you submit (such as post-event feedback or expo reviews) remains yours, but you grant Exhibra a licence to use it to improve the platform and publish anonymised insights.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exhibra's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, missed business opportunities, or expo participation costs based on platform data.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or abuse the platform — with or without notice depending on severity.

You may delete your account at any time from settings. On deletion, your plan data and personal information will be removed within 30 days (see Privacy Policy).

We will notify you by email at least 14 days before making material changes to these terms. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
